Toddler fatally stabbed during argument

HOUSTON According to Houston police, a 16-year-old got into an argument with Keenan Bernard Conner, 23, around 3:15pm Friday at an apartment in the 5700 block of Thousand Oaks. Someone grabbed a kitchen knife.

During a struggle over the knife, Avery Rhodes Williams, age 2, was accidentally stabbed. He was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The 16-year-old suspect was held for questioning and remains in custody at this time.
