Council member helps rescue crash victim

HOUSTON Jones says she and her son were driving to a Wal-Mart around 1am Sunday when they came upon a car burning near the Southwest Freeway overpass and Hillcroft.

Jones says she and a couple of other good Samaritans pulled the driver out and saved her life.
