Chlorine spill contained in Cy-Fair area

HOUSTON Thursday evening a shopping center was evacuated and a shelter in place was issued at 1960 near Jones Road.

Police tell Eyewitness News hundreds of people were evacuated from a restaurant, department store and gym.

Three construction workers were overcome by gas, but were able to take themselves to the hospital.

Two hazmat crews found and stopped the leak.
