Arrest made in shooting of retired officer

HOUSTON Police arrested Raziel Munoz on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, in connection with Monday's shooting of Velia Ortega, 78. Officers believe Munoz drove the SUV used in the drive-by shooting at a southeast Houston apartment complex.

Police want to find and question Andrew Garcia and Bruno Aviles about the shooting. Avilas was arrested in League City Thursday afternoon.

Ortega was last listed in critical condition.
