Lisa Stebic's family began a legal battle with him last November seeking court ordered visitation with the children. Lawyers say a deal has now been worked out, but they won't discuss terms of the agreement.

Stebic is the Plainfield woman who disappeared in April 2007.
Her estranged husband Craig has been named a "person of interest" in the case but has not been charged.
