Fight between two men ends in gunfire

HOUSTON Two men got into an argument at the Texas Parks Apartments on Martin Luther King near Park Village. One man pistol whipped the other, then went across the street. The attacker returned to the scene and that's when the victim shot him. He was taken to Ben Taub Hospital in serious condition.

The man who was pistol whipped was treated at the scene. He is not in police custody.
