Houston Texans player in custody for dog attack

PEARLAND, TX Steve Foley is behind bars in Fort Bend County. He's charged with failing to secure his dogs. As we first told you back in March, two of his pit bulls got loose and attacked a woman and her puppy.

That woman had bite marks all over her body, and her small puppy was killed.

Foley's dogs were euthanized.
