The Copperheads scored their only offensive TD at the 3:32 mark of the 3rd quarter. Rudy Carlton, playing in relief of starter Stephen Wasil, who threw 3 first-half interceptions, found Armar Watson with a 31-yard strike.
For the third consecutive week, Watson was recognized as the JLS Ironman of the game. Watson caught 3 passes for 59 yards, rushed once for 2 yards, accounted for one defensive tackle and returned six kickoffs for 150 yards.
Austin scored the game's final TD when Hall found former Copperhead Bryan Carroll with an 8-yard toss for his 6th TD pass of the evening.
