Fire breaks out at apartment complex

HOUSTON It happened on that Saint James Place apartments on Wanda near Fondren. The cause of the fire is a mystery. Smoke poured out of an empty downstairs unit.

Investigators believe the fire was started at two points, in the kitchen and living room.
