Stranger danger warning issued

KATY, TX (KTRK) A suspicious man reportedly approached a 13-year-old boy on January 17. The man came up to the boy in an alley between the 200 block of Layden and Laxton and told the boy to get into his car. The boy was able to run away, and the man drove off.

The suspect is described as a white male, with dark brown hair (possibly colored) and graying at the temple, between 5'10" and 5'11". He was driving a 2000 to 2005 Toyota Camry with black wheels and no hubcaps.

Officials with the Harris County Constable Precinct 5 office are investigating the incident.
