Strip club owners seek to block $5 fee
HOUSTON (KTRK) The new rules started January 1 and require strip club patrons to pay an extra $5 for admission. City officials say the money collected would go toward funding sexual assault crisis centers and programs, but club owners and managers balk at the suggestion that people who frequent adult entertainment establishments commit sexual assaults.
