Wrestler, stranger makes boy's dream come true
Eight-year-old Mason Leibham suffers from a rare genetic disorder and his wish was to meet WWE Wrestler, John Cena

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- We have an update on a Hometown Live story we brought to you earlier this month about an 8-year-old suffering from a rare genetic disorder. On Sunday, he met WWE Wrestler John Cena with the help of a stranger.

Mason Leibham suffers from Pfeiffer Syndrome, a genetic disorder that keeps the skull from growing. He has had 62 surgeries to date.

Robert Tijerina saw on Facebook the little boy's wish and stepped in to help. On Sunday, little Mason had a chance to meet his hero.

"I saw a random request on Facebook about a little boy who wanted to go to the WWE competition," Robert Tijerina said, "I kept seeing it repeat and repeat and instead of watching something happen, I thought I should take matters into my own hands and make something happen for him."

"For a child that gets told that they are scary or are not accepted for being different, it saves their life. And it makes things so much better and I can't thank them enough for that," said Mason's mother Vanessa Leibham.

Tijerina bought Mason two front-row seats, along with Sunday night's meet-and-greet with Cena.
