HOUSTON (KTRK) -- It's not Thanksgiving without a pecan pie. If you're feeling crafty, you can make B&B Butchers' famous pecan pie from scratch this holiday season.

B&B PECAN PIE

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tbs. all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 cups light Karo syrup
  • 2 oz. melted butter
  • 1 oz. bourbon
  • 1-1/2 cups pecans
  1. Combine all ingredients except pecans in a large bowl
  2. Pour pecans into pre-prepared pie curst
  3. Add liquid mixture into pie crust
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 70 minutes
  5. Dig in!
