Let's Eat: B&B Pecan PieNothing says 'Thanksgiving' like pecan pie! Check out this quick and easy pecan pie recipe from B&B Butchers.
HOUSTON (KTRK) -- It's not Thanksgiving without a pecan pie. If you're feeling crafty, you can make B&B Butchers' famous pecan pie from scratch this holiday season.
B&B PECAN PIE
- 8 eggs
- 1 tbs. all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 cups light Karo syrup
- 2 oz. melted butter
- 1 oz. bourbon
- 1-1/2 cups pecans
- Combine all ingredients except pecans in a large bowl
- Pour pecans into pre-prepared pie curst
- Add liquid mixture into pie crust
- Bake at 325 degrees for 70 minutes
- Dig in!
