A jury is deliberating the fate of a man accused of murder in a drunk driving crash that killed Marine Cpl. David Stidman of Rosenberg back in August of 2010. That same jury convicted Sean McGuire Tuesday night.
McGuire was charged with murder because of two prior DWI convictions.
On Wednesday, jurors heard arguments in the sentencing phase of his trial.
McGuire could face life behind bars.
