Search continues for robbery, beating suspects

Detectives need help identifying this suspect. He's wanted in connection to the robbery and beating of a man who was filling up water bottles at a southwest Houston machine in April.

Detectives are searching for two suspects who beat and robbed a man at a southwest Houston express water machine in April.

According to Houston police, the victim was filling up water bottles in the 5900 block of Telephone Road on the night of April 15 when two men confronted him. One of the suspects began punching the victim as he grabbed his wallet. The suspects then entered a vehicle and fled the scene.

About 15 minutes later, someone had tried using the victim's credit and debit cards at several convenience stores. One of the stores captured an image of a suspect from surveillance video.

Anyone with information about the identity of the suspects is asked to contact Crime Stoppers of Houston at (713) 222-TIPS (8477).
