Lowell Lagard, 59, disappeared after leaving St. Joseph Hospital where he was treated and discharged just after 11pm.
Police say he has a feeding tube in his stomach.
Lagard is a black man with brown eyes, gray hair and a dark complexion. He 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a purple sweater, dark blue pants and red and white tennis shoes with the name "Bud" written on the sides.
