Firefighters work to protect homes north of Houston from fire

HOUSTON Flames are eating up dry brush and trees near Cleveland. The Texas Forestry Service has brought out bulldozers and helicopters, trying to get the flames out. They say about 350 acres have burned.

The fire is in San Jacinto County, which is under a burn ban.

Some fire trucks are guarding homes from the fire. It's unclear what started the flames.
