Man wanted for questioning in fatal shooting

HOUSTON Florencio Leal, 28, is being sought as a person of interest in the shooting in the 10000 block of Lucore on April 8. Leal, who also goes by the aliases 'Joshua' and 'Bubba,' is 6 feet tall and 200 pounds with 'Becca' tattooed on the front of his neck. He is considered armed and dangerous. He suffered a gunshot wound to the upper right arm during the incident.

Patrol officers responded to a shooting call after neighbors heard several gunshots coming from inside the residence and called police. The victim, Andres Gonzalez, 29, of Houston, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. One small vehicle was seen leaving the area eastbound on Lucore. One suspect was described only as a Hispanic male with a red bandana over his face.

Further investigation identified Leal as a person of interest in this case. He has not been charged at this time.
