New call to catch arsonist in the Heights

HOUSTON Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee joined city council members and the Houston Fire Department to call for an intense arson investigation. After a month of numerous house fires, Jackson Lee has stepped forward to ask for the help of community leaders, the Department of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and residents who live in the area.
