Authorities say the men assaulted and beat an ice cream truck driver last month near Tomball. Police say tips sent in to Crime Stoppers led them to the home of Howell. After arresting him, they received calls from the other two suspects, who surrendered to police.
Investigators say all three suspects are related. They now face first degree aggravated assault charges.
