Around 4,000 members of Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church sang and prayed to celebrate the day Christians believe Jesus was resurrected.

The southeast Houston church's sanctuary was destroyed by Hurricane Ike last year.

The church decided to hold the service at the GRB convention center so the whole congregation could celebrate together.
