Houston city officials have given that Memorial area homeowner a deadline to do something about it. He can either remove the parking lot, the landscaping and the speed bumps or he can apply for the proper permits. Neighbors complained about the lot, which is on the esplanade in the middle of the neighborhood.
The homeowner has 10 days to respond.
