Deputy constable accused of robbing drug dealers

HOUSTON Police say Terrence Richardson would rob narcotics dealers during drug buys in exchange for them not going to jail.

Precinct 4 constables say they have been cooperating with the Houston Police Department's narcotics task force for the past couple of weeks, and police arrested him this afternoon at an apartment on the northeast side.
