HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A Houston area man on the run for more than a decade is now an international fugitive.
William Greer is wanted for allegedly killing his girlfriend in 2006. Interpol has now added Greer to its database of wanted persons.
Greer allegedly shot his girlfriend Tammy Esquivel during an argument. Days later, police found Greer naked and intoxicated in Cleveland, Texas. He supposedly confessed to the murder but with no evidence at the time to hold him, he was released. He hasn't been seen since.
Greer was added to the US Marshals Most Wanted list in 2016.
