* WHAT...For the High Rip Current Risk, dangerous rip currents on Gulf-facing beaches. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, minor coastal flooding expected.
* WHERE...Peninsulas and Barrier Islands along the Upper Texas Gulf Coast.
* WHEN...For the High Rip Current Risk, through Tuesday afternoon. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 6 AM CST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water.
