KLEIN, Texas (KTRK) -- A group of men said to have kidnapped and sexually assaulted a girl in the Spring Terrace neighborhood in northwest Harris County have yet to be captured.

The 16-year-old girl says she was skateboarding at Klein ISD's Mueller Elementary School, near Grand Parkway and Kuykendahl, on March 28 around 1:30 p.m.

That's when she says two men blindfolded her and shoved her into a white van.

Once in the vehicle, the girl says a third man raped her.

The men eventually released the girl at a different location several blocks away.

The girl got a good look at only one of her attackers, describing him as a white man with a skull and arrows tattoo on his neck.

A number of agencies are investigating including Klein ISD and the Harris County Sheriff's Office.

They're now reviewing the school's surveillance video for clues that can help find the girl's attackers.

The teen's father told ABC13 over the phone she felt ashamed and waited several days before telling her parents.

He says the men told her if she did anything, they would kill her.

Her parents took her to the hospital then filed a report with the Harris Co. Pct. 4 Constable's Office. They turned the case over to the Harris County Sheriff's Office Thursday.

Klein ISD tells ABC13 they are assisting with the investigation. The family is hopeful surveillance cameras at the school will help identify the men, who are still on the loose.

The sheriff's office was not ready to release a statement, but authorities said they are starting their investigation and are taking witness statements.
