HOUSTON (KTRK) -- If you see a SWAT scene in downtown Houston on Thursday, don't be alarmed. It's only a drill.

The Houston Police Department is conducting a SWAT team draining drill from 7am until 1pm at the UH-Downtown Shea Street Building.

The exercise will also involve the METRO building at 1116 Naylor, the stairs and pathway on the east side of the Shea Street Building, and several parking spaces inside the Vine Street garage. The parking lot north of campus in The Daly Street student parking lot north of campus may also be used as an Incident Command Post.

Please share this so others aren't alarmed.
