MAGNOLIA, Texas (KTRK) -- A man was killed by a suspected drunk driver on his way home from church in Montgomery County.
The crash happened just before 8:30 p.m. Monday on Hardin Store Road near the Union Pacific Railroad tracks in Magnolia.
Witnesses said a man driving a silver pickup crashed head on into a black pickup and killed the driver who was heading home from a nearby church.
The other driver was taken to the hospital in serious condition after he was cut out of the silver truck.
Deputies believe he was heavily intoxicated.
They said he will face charges.
