Grant Milton was transferred to a medical facility in The Woodlands on Tuesday.

THE WOODLANDS, TX (KTRK) -- Grant Milton's family says he was transferred to a medical facility in The Woodlands yesterday.

On their blog, the family writes that Milton has "settled in well to his new environment," adding that he has been "relatively dormant, likely recovering from the excitement of his airlift."

Milton's eyes are open regularly, and he has begun to blink frequently, the family adds.

Milton collapsed during the game back on November 26th. He has been hospitalized in critical condition ever since.

At last check -- a GoFundMe page to help with his medical costs has reached more than $136,000 including a $10,000 donation from Texans star JJ Watt.

The Woodlands High School will play for the 6-A state championship against Lake Travis this Saturday at AT&T stadium in Arlington.
