Motorcyclist arrested after police chase in Houston's East End

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Police arrested a man who tried to run from them on a motorcycle Friday afternoon. The pursuit began at about 2:15 p.m.

Officers lost the man a couple of times during the pursuit. At one point, the suspect wove back and forth between homes and in a grassy area. After doubling back across his path, he parked the motorcycle and casually walked away.

Skyeye was overhead as the man appeared to be using his phone and talking with another man in a driveway for several minutes before officers closed in on his position and took him in to custody.

His name and any potential charges he may face have not been released.
