Teen found shot to death at SW Houston apartment
Investigators are seeking clues in the death of a teen in SW Houston.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A teen is dead in southwest Houston and police want to know why.

Officers were called to an apartment complex on Glenmont Drive at Rampart Street just before 7pm.

When HPD arrived, they found the body of a boy laying near the laundry room.

The victim is somewhere between the ages of 16 and 18 years old, and investigators say it appears he died of a gunshot wound.

Two witnesses reportedly told police they saw the suspects running away.

So far, there is no motive for the shooting, and police could not tell us whether they know who the suspect or suspects are or where they might be at this time.
