Motorcyclist killed after hitting curb in Spring

SPRING, TX (KTRK) -- A motorcyclist died after he was thrown from his bike in north Harris County.

The accident happened around 11:30pm in the 22300 block of the North Freeway feeder road at Spring Stuebner Road.

Deputies say the man appears to have struck a curb before his motorcycle went down on its side, traveling several hundred feet.

The man died at the scene.

Officers say they are unaware if any other vehicles were involved or whether the driver of that motorcyclist had been drinking before the crash.
