HOUSTON (KTRK) -- An alleged gang member from Houston is now the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list, and authorities are offering a cash reward for help putting him behind bars.
Gilberto Ruvalcaba, who DPS identifies as a member of the Sureo 13 gang, is wanted for parole violation. In 2011, the 29-year-old was convicted in El Paso County on a charge of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. He was released on parole before completing his nine-year prison sentence and has now allegedly absconded.
