NWS of Houston-Galveston holding tornado drill this morning

The National Weather Service of Houston-Galveston will hold a tornado drill this morning.

It will happen at 10 a.m.

An all-clear message will be sent out at 10:15 a.m.

The drill is part of the agency's kickoff to the springtime severe weather preparedness campaign.

The NWS says the drill is a great opportunity for exercising tornado plans at your home, school or business.
