Caught on camera: McDonald's employee punches his manager in the face

NEW ROCHELLE, NY (KTRK) -- A McDonald's employee was caught on camera punching his manager in the face in front of several customers.

One of the customers, Lucas O'Malley filmed this video inside a McDonald's in New Rochelle, New York and posted it on YouTube.

In the video, the employee and manager are both behind the counter and exchange words, before they begin walking toward each other. At one point, the manager, who is wearing a blue shirt, leans forward like he is ready to fight. However, before he can lift his hands, the employee wearing the black shirt, threw a right hook which grazed the manager.

Within seconds, it escalates into a "McFlurry" of fists. The employee lands several punches and tackles the manager to the floor. Shocked customers can be heard both gasping in surprise, and cheering on the fight, as the manager is attacked.

Eventually, two other workers lifted the employee off the manager.

O'Malley said he is not sure what sparked the fight. It is also not known if there were any repercussion, or if the fight was reported to police.
