HPD: 4 men impersonating police invade SW Houston home

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston police say four men pretending to be police officers broke into a home in southwest Houston early this morning.

The break-in happened around 5am this morning in the 10,000 block of Braes Forest.

Police said the men posed as law enforcement and ransacked the house, escaping shortly after they came in.

No one appears to have been hurt.

The investigation is ongoing.
