Looking back on more than three decades of feeding Houston's hungry

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- It's been 35 years since ABC-13 first started our Share Your Holidays Food Drive.

Back then it was called Share Your Christmas and was a full day of broadcasting. Our hair color, cars and holiday sweaters may have changed, but our dedication is as strong as ever.

ABC-13 is proud to have been awarded the Barbara Falik Humanitarian Award from the Houston Food Bank. Of course, we couldn't have done it without your help. Our neighbors show their generosity year after year to help feed those who need it most. Every can, every box collected stays in our community and benefits the Houston Food Bank.
