Two armed men fire shot into couple's home

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Deputies are searching for two armed men who they say robbed a couple and shot into a family's northeast Harris County home Tuesday afternoon.

Nobody was hurt during the robbery on Verde Trails Drive. The frightened couple told Eyewitness News the two men who came in through their garage got away with their cell phones, camera and cash.

They say one of the men shot into the home, but the bullet went out the back window without harming anyone.
