Infamous "Be Someone" graffiti changed to read "Be One"

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- It's been a Houston landmark of sorts for years, but drivers coming into Houston on I-45 south are noticing something different.

The infamous "Be Someone" graffiti has been partially painted over. Now, it simply reads "Be One."

It's unclear who painted over the word "some," but the reaction on social media is mixed.

Some say they're upset, but others think the phrase "Be One" is more powerful and speaks to Houstonians as a whole to be united.
