DIY holiday specialty drink

When entertaining, I always like to offer a specialty drink. This festive drink, from my friend Adeina Anderson, not only tastes great, but looks the part too! You can make the martini glasses ahead of time so you don't have as much to do the day of the party.

Adult drink - Peppermint Martini

1.5 oz. Enchanted Rock Vodka

1.5 oz. white crme de cacao

Wilton Candy Cane Twists

Wilton chocolate mint candy melts

Wilton Christmas sprinkle

Ice

To decorate the martini glass, pour some of the Wilton Christmas sprinkles onto a plate, then melt the Wilton dark chocolate candy melts in the Wilton melting pot or a double boiler, dip the top of the glass in the chocolate then tap it into the sprinkles covering as much of the chocolate as you can. To make the peppermint martini, you can infuse the Enchanted Rock vodka with the Wilton candy twists, or let them sit in the martini for a couple of minutes after you make it. Next, in a martini mixer, fill with ice, place 1.5 oz of Enchanted, 1.5 oz. white crme de cacao and shake, pour into the decorated martini glass and add a Wilton Candy Cane twist. Enjoy...
