Florida woman drops baby while running through traffic

A Florida woman was caught on camera, dropping a baby on the side of the road as she ran from deputies.

According to the first deputy called to the scene, the woman identified as Kayla Morgan said she thought the deputy was a monster who was trying to attack her.

Morgan is charged with aggravated child abuse and resisting an officer.

The child is in the hospital with a skull fracture.
