Naked man terrorizes neighborhood after assaulting woman
A woman was taken by Life Flight to the hospital after being terrorized and assaulted by a naked man.

CYPRESS, Texas (KTRK) -- Deputies said a naked man believed to have fatally bashed a woman's head against the ground ran from authorities before being subdued with a stun gun.

The incident happened Tuesday night on Renata Circle in The Crossing at Stone Creek subdivision in the Cy-Fair area.

Deputies arrived to find a woman outside with a wound to the head. As they responded to the woman, deputies spotted a naked man running down the street.

According to preliminary information from Harris County Sheriff's deputies, the man ran from his home after he assaulted the woman outside. The woman is believed to be the man's girlfriend, deputies said.

A naked man allegedly bashed a woman's head on a roadway in the Cy-Fair area tonight.

The naked man ran to a neighbor's house and ended up kicking in a door, according to deputies, before taking off again down the road.

Bystanders said the naked man was acting erratically before he was taken into custody.

Life Flight transported the woman to the hospital, where she later died.

During the ordeal, several children were left unattended inside a home where the man ran from. Deputies said they were not injured in the incident. The relationship between the adults and the children was not immediately known.
