Missing veteran with signs of dementia found

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A 69-year-old veteran with signs of dementia who went missing Tuesday near Rice University has been located.

Texas EquuSearch said Billy Jackson was found unharmed by METRO police Tuesday evening. The organization, though, said Jackson was dehydrated and somewhat confused

Billy Jackson, 69, was last seen boarding a METRO train on Fannin near Rice University on Tuesday morning, but he never made it home.

Jackson's family said he is almost blind and his eyes were dilated when he disappeared.
