Houston area beauty experts fill George R. Brown Convention Center for Image Expo 2019

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Did you know there are more than half a million licensed cosmetologists in the Houston area?

Hundreds of beauty professionals filled the George R. Brown Convention Center Monday for this year's Image Expo, a beauty and hair show that features seminars and hundreds of exhibitors.

The event has been held in Houston since 2011.
