Three parents charged after duct-taped children taken to Buc-ees

HOUSTON

On Saturday, witnesses reported seeing children in a car at Buc-ees on Highway 290 with tape on their mouths and hands. Deputies with the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office tracked down the vehicle and found three children with a woman and two men.

Authorities say the woman is the children's mother. One man is the father of one of the kids and the other man is the father of the other two children.

Deputies say the three adults participated in taping up the children at a residence, and then one of the men drove the kids, ages 1, 7 and 8, to Buc-ees with their hands, ankles and mouths taped with duct tape. The man and two of the children, with tape on them, went into the store, while the third was left in the car. They then returned home, where authorities caught up with them.

All three adults were arrested and charged with endangering a child. They are Ashely Nicole Nastasi, 28; Jose Luis Lombana, 28; and Joshua Stuart Wilson, 31. Bonds for all three were set at $2,000.
