It happened shortly after 4pm Wednesday near the intersection of Highway 73 and Englin Road in Jefferson County.
At one point, emergency crews say the 13-year-old girl and 14-year-ld boy were stuck underneath the trailer that the truck had been pulling.
Family identify the victims as Juan and Cecilia Olvera. Both are at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston with serious injuries.
