He is a TCLEOSE licensed Telecommunicator and has taken numerous calls regarding 911 emergency calls for service with a kind and gentle tone that will calm any caller in a true emergency. He is an interim trainer currently training new hires. He is a true leader amongst his peers. His level of professionalism and customer service that he performs on a daily basis should be the new standard set for PSAPS nationwide. He was previously a director of operations in management in the cable television industry for 26 years and traveled nationwide recruiting and training in various aspects of the business.
