Two suspected serial burglars arrested in Fort Bend County but third suspect still sought

HOUSTON

On Monday, May 6, deputies responded to multiple alarms at a shopping center located in the 8400 block of FM 1464 in the Mission Oaks subdivision in the Richmond area.

Patrol deputies detained two suspects, identified as Dominique Moore, 24, of Houston, and his girlfriend, Priscilla Perez, 22, of Houston. A third suspect, identified as "White Boy D," possibly Derrick, is still at large.

Deputies found Perez in a vehicle parked across the street from the shopping center, and soon thereafter, Moore showed up. Following an interrogation by a Sheriff's Office detective, both suspects were placed under arrest.

Deputies say they found a television in the vehicle, which the suspects could not account for, and they also discovered that someone had broken into Gloryland Daycare and Taqueria Azteca in the shopping center.

Authorities say the suspects have been tied to three burglary cases in Fort Bend County and at least two cases in Harris County.

Moore and Perez face charges of burglary and attempted burglary of a building. They are being held in the Fort Bend County Jail.

Anyone who has information on "White Boy D" is asked to call Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers at 281-342-TIPS (8477) or Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office Dispatch at 281-341-4665.
