It happened around 1am on the North Freeway feeder near Blue Bell.
Police say a Jeep was speeding down the street when it clipped a pickup truck.
The Jeep spun out of control and crashed into a Houston Fire Department water supply line, broke a water main and then flipped into a wooden electrical pole and a fence.
Gallons of water gushed onto the street, but HFD eventually shut down the line.
Three people inside the Jeep were hurt. At last check, they were all stable. No one in the truck was injured.
