Roberto Bahena-Garcia is charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana. He's also charged with possessing a firearm for the purpose of drug trafficking.
A tip led investigators to a rural field where they found more than 1,000 marijuana plants.
Bahena-Garcia purchased the property in July of 2010. He could get up to life in prison if convicted.
